How to start my career?

I've graduated from faculty of arts , phonetics and linguistics department
I took a general English course , and still I take other English courses

I really want to be a translator , but I don't know how

I don't know if I should train at specific place and where ??and for how long ??

Is it really good to be a translator ?? is it pays well??
