 الحقيقة يا أخانا "أبو صالح" أن الناظر في إسهاماتك هنا –رغم الجهد المشكور- إلا أنه يجدها قد ضربت عرض الحائط بالتعليمات أعلى الصفحة. بما يعني أنك تحمِّل المسئولين عن هذا المشروع عبئاً هم في غنى عنه. فالنموذج أعلاه له سبب، وليس مجرد نموذج موضوع من فراغ، والبيانات المطلوبة هي أيضاً على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية.ووضعك للمداخلات بهذه الطريقة يعني أن علينا إعادة تنظيمها حتى تتلاءم والمطلوب من الجمعية عند تقديم الطلبات الخاصة بهذه الكتب. وكما تعلم لا يوجد كادر عامل للقيام بهذه الأمور باستمرار.من ناحية أخرى فإن النبذة المطلوبة عن الكتاب إنما تكون بالعربية، لأن الجهة الداعمة للمشروع تريدها بالعربية من ناحية، والجدول المبين أعلاه فيه عنوان "موضوع الكتاب" مكتوباً بالعربية، ولو أردناه بأي لغة أخرى لذكرنا ذلك صراحة. فهل من المنتظر منا أن نقوم بترجمة هذه النبذات أيضاً؟أصدقك القول إنني شخصياً –وأنا على اتصال مباشر بهذا المشروع- لن أقوم بأي من العملين. وإن فعلته مرة أو مرتين فلن أفعله ثالثة؛ لأن المقصود ليس أن يقترح المرء شيئاً ثم يترك لغيره تنظيمه. فما أيسر أن أدخل على أي موقع وأنقل منه أي بيانات لأي كتاب ثم أقوم بلصقها على أنها اقتراح للترجمة، ثم أترك المسئولين عن المشروع ليقوموا هم بالباقي. إن ما نقوم نحن به كإدارة في هذا المشروع لا يسمح لنا بأن نقوم أيضاً بتنظيم المعلومات، ولا بترجمة النبذات.فلعلك –يا رعاك الله- توفر هذا الجهد علينا حتى نتمكن من توجيه ذاك الجزء الضائع من جهدنا ووقتنا في جوانب أخرى من المشروع.وشكر الله لك جهدك.
