إخواني،أعتقد أنه على المترجمين اقتراح كتب يريدون ترجمتها... يمكننا اقتراح كتب كثيرة ولكن هل ستجد من يترجمها، هذا هو السؤال...المنظمة العربية للترجمة وضعت على موقعها كتباً كثيرة ولاتجد مترجماً لهاما رأيكم دام فضلكم ملحوظة فنية : الأستاذ أبو صالح، هل يمكنك أن تقول لنا الأسس التي تبني عليها في انتقائك للكتب ؟

هذه إشكالية عويصة أخي أسامة.لاحظت وجود عدة قوائم بكتب مرشحة للترجمة إلى العربية بقيت بلا ترجمة وذلكم على الرغم من وجود تمويل لها .. كل تلك الكتب بالإنكليزية والفرنسية، وهما لغتنان يفترض وجود مترجمين كثيرين للترجمة منهما وإليهما عند العرب ..وهذا يطرح إشكالية وجود مترجمين عرب قادرين على الترجمة من لغات أجنبية غير الإنكليزية والفرنسية إلى العربية .. كما يطرح هذا السؤال الملح: كم مترجما عندنا؟!

عزيزي د. أسامة بالنسبة لما اقترحته وما سأقترحه من كتب أخرى، هو ما أظن أنه يتناسق مع الأفكار التي طرحتها وما سأطرحه في الموضوع التالي <a href="http://www.wataonline.net/site/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&type=&topic_id =3259&forum=62">قضية الإصلاح فى العالم العربى</a> <a href="http://www.wataonline.net/site/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3259&forum=62">http://www.wataonline.net/site/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3259&forum=62</a> فأنا أظن نحن لا ينقصنا العقول والكفاءات على مستوى الأفراد، ما ينقصنا معرفة إمكانياتنا وربما يساعدنا معرفة ما يقوله الآخر عنّا حديثا وخصوصا من واجهنا عن قرب لمعرفة ما لدينا على الأقل والاستفادة منه ، وما نحتاجه بعد ذلك لكي تساعدنا في كيفية ربطها مع بعضها لعمل مجموعات منتجة والعمل على التكامل فيما بين هذه المجموعات وإدارتها والاستفادة منها بطريقة أفضل، وما ينقصنا في كيفية الاستفادة من العولمة وتسخيرها لتكون ذات فائدة لنا ما رأيكم دام فضلكم؟

إذاً كما قلت ليس ثمة فائدة في طرح كتب إن لم يتبناها مترجمون...وفي حال غياب المترجمين لاداعي لطرح عناوينولعل جذب المترجمين يكون في الإفصاح عن الريع المادي للكتاب المترجم وعن طريقة العمل وعن مسارات الكتب المراد ترجمتهابالمناسبة أستاذ أبو صالح مع تقديري لجهودك إلا أننا نحتاج للأولويات في العالم العربي والكتب التي تطرحها بعيدة بمسافات عن الواقع الراهنولا أعرف إن كان لك اطلاع مكثف وعملي على الواقع العلمي العربي واحتياجاته...

عزيزي د.أسامة أنا أختلف معك إن كنت تظن أن هناك صورة واحدة للواقع في مناطقنا، فحتى لو اخترنا أي مدينة على سبيل المثال فهناك صور واقعية كثيرة تختلف ما بين واحدة وأخرى وكلها موجودة ولا نستطيع إلغاء أي منها هناك الكثير غيري ممن اطلعت على ما يختاروه من كتب وجدتهم يعزفوا نغمة واحدة وفي العادة نغمة ليست لها علاقة بالواقع العربي من وجهة نظري على الأقل، بل لها علاقة بتوجيه من جهات على الأقل ليست على اطلاع حقيقي بالواقع العربي إن لم نقل أنها تريد توجيهه اتجاه هي ترغب به ألا تظن قرن كامل من الترجمة وفق هذه النغمة يكفي، خصوصا ونحن نرى ما وصلت إليه الحال حتى الآن، وأنه حان الوقت لكي نجد بديل لهذه النغمة إن لم نقل نعمل على تطويرها؟ ما رأيكم دام فضلكم؟

أخي الدكتور أسامة اسمح لي أن أختلف معك أيضاً في مسألة ما الفائدة من اقتراح كتب إن لم يكن لها مترجمون. والمسألة ببساطة أن هناك اتفاق تجريه الجمعية حالياً مع إحدى الجهات الرسمية، ولم يتم الإعلان الرسمي بعد لأسباب كثيرة، منها أننا لا نعلن عن أي شيء قبل إتمامه إن شاء الله. فلا نحتاج لعمل "فرح" والعروس لم تولد بعد، كما يهوى بعض الناس أن يفعلوا. ولكن نحتاج في اتفاقنا إلى وضع خطة ترجمية زمنية جزء منها طرح كتب للترجمة. وليس توفير المترجمين مسألة راجعة إلينا فقط، بل إن الجهة التي نتعامل معها لديها عدد كبير من المترجمين من جميع دول العالم. ولا تقتصر هذه الكتب المقترحة على أن يقوم أعضاء الجمعية بترجمتها، بل ستوضع إن شاء الله ضمن خطة كما ذكرت. وليست القائمة التي سنقدمها هي الوحيدة، بل هناك جهات أخرى تتقدم بقوائم أيضاً. ومن ناحية أخرى فجزء آخر من ذلك المشروع هو أن يقترح المترجمون كتباً ليقوموا هم بأنفسهم بترجمتها،وتقوم الجمعية بالتنسيق أيضاً. وسنعلن عن التفاصيل قريباً إن شاء الله. وهناك بالفعل أجر على الترجمة يدفع للمترجم مباشرة وفقاً للوائح المعمول بها. وكما ذكرت ستتضح الصورة قريباً عند الإعلان الرسمي. وكما يقولون إن غداً لناظره قريب. ونحن في مفاوضات في هذا الشأن منذ فترة طويلة، وأوشكنا إن شاء الله على الانتهاء. فنسأل الله التيسير.

إخواني،لم أفهم حتى الآن المنحى الذي تريدونه لهذه الكتبهل هي كتب عامة ؟هل هي من المستوى الجامعي ؟هل تدور في فلك أمهات الكتب ؟ما العدد المطلوب في السنة ؟ ما مهمة الجمعية في هذا العمل ؟ هل ستشرف على الترجمة ومراجعتها ؟ كما قلت، موضوع الجائزة المادية مهم جداً وهو يحفز تطلع المترجمين لانتقاء الكتب، وكما تعلمون أن الأجر سيحدد مدى اهتمام المترجمين بالعمل...
