line-height: 150%; font-family: arial">وتحميل اللغة بالمعرفة أساس بناء المجتمع ، كما أن بناء هذا المجتمع يُهيِّئ اللغة لتضطلع بوظائفها باقتدار، وتساهم في تنوير المجتمع وتنميته.</span></p><p class="EC_MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-indent: 21.6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify"><span lang="AR-MA" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial">وما فتئ برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي يصدر التقارير واحدا تلو الآخر عن التنمية البشرية في العالم العربي . وفي سنة 2003 أصدر تقريرا بعنوان : نحو إقامة مجتمع المعرفة . حدد فيه المعوقات التي تحول دون اكتساب المعرفة واستشراف مستقبل البحث العلمي في العالم العربي . وقد أعطى أهمية كبرى للغة العربية مؤكدا دورها الجوهري في مجتمع المعرفة والتنمية الاقتصادية والمعرفية والإنسانية . فمن خلال مقوماتها الذاتية من مرونة وتوليد وغنى معجمي وغنى الإمكانات التحويلية ...يمكن للعربية أن تواكب حركية التنمية البشرية في مجتمع </span></p><p class="EC_MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-indent: 21.6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify"><span lang="AR-MA" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial"><span> </span>المعرفة الحديث . ويتم ذلك من خلال نقل المعرفة الحديثة عبر التعريب والترجمة ، وحوسبة العربية ، ونشر التعليم ، وحفز البحث العلمي في قطاعي التربية والتكوين .</span></p><p class="EC_MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-indent: 21.6pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span>وضع اللغة في المجتمع، من جهة، ومتنها اللساني الداخلي، من جهة أخرى. فتهييء الوضع الاجتماعي للغة يقتضي بلورة استراتيجيات لتحسين وضعها وضمان قيامها بوظائفها دون تهديد أو تهميش، والحفاظ على السلم والأمن اللغويين في إطار سياسة لغوية تحافظ على التوازنات اللغوية داخل البلد. </span><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: arial">وكانت على مرّ العصور – وما زالت- اللغة الرسمية المهيأة في العديد من الدول. وهي مطالبة كباقي اللغات، بتحسين وضعها في المجتمع، وصيانة متنها لمواكبة المستجدات ومزاولة وظائفها باقتدار. وتهييء اللغة العربية لا ينفصل عن السياسات اللغوية والمؤسسات الساهرة على شؤونها، وعن المبادرات والمواقف الإيجابية منها، وعن تطوير البحث العلمي عموما، وخاصة البحث اللساني بتداخلاته مع العلوم المعرفية الأخرى الاجتماعية والنفسية والاقتصادية والديداكتيكية والحاسوبية. </span></p><p class="EC_MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21.6pt; text-align: justify"><span lang="AR-MA" style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: arial; mso-bidi-language: ar-ma; mso-ansi-language: en-us">وما فتئ برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي يصدر التقارير واحدا تلو الآخر عن التنمية البشرية في العالم العربي . وفي سنة 2003 أصدر تقريرا بعنوان : نحو إقامة مجتمع المعرفة . حدد فيه المعوقات التي تحول دون اكتساب المعرفة واستشراف مستقبل البحث العلمي في العالم العربي . وقد أعطى أهمية كبرى للغة العربية مؤكدا دورها الجوهري في مجتمع المعرفة والتنمية الاقتصادية والمعرفية والإنسانية . فمن خلال ما تتميز به من مرونة وتوليد وغنى معجمي وغنى الإمكانات التحويلية ... يمكن للعربية أن تواكب حركية التنمية البشرية في مجتمع المعرفة الحديث . ويتم ذلك من خلال نقل المعرفة الحديثة عبر التعريب والترجمة ، وصناعة المعاجم المتخصصة ،وحوسبة العربية ، ونشر التعليم ، وحفز البحث العلمي في قطاعي التربية والتكوين .<p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
