      هل هي مجلة محكَّمة أم أن مقالاتها مختارة من قبل فريق نشر وفق سياسة محددة؟
      وفي حال كانت محكمة هل هي مفهرسة وفق أي فهرس عالمي؟
      وبناء عليه هل هناك تكلفة للنشر؟
