الأستاذة جميلة، لاأقول أنَّ ماقدمته الآن هو بعيد عن الصواب، ولكن يجب الاحتراز من معاني التحلل والانحلال في هذا الموضوع (وهناك فرق بين التحلل والانحلال). ربما أعطانا التحلل معنى من "التفسُّخ" والانحلال معنى من "الإذابة"، والموضوع هو أنَّ هذا البروتين يجزئ أو يكسر أو يهدم البروتينات الكبيرة ويحولها إلى قطع صغيرة بإضافة ماء إلى الروابط الببتيدية. <br /><br />ملاحظة : يفضل استعمال "الحلمهة" بدل "الحلمأة"، وأيضاً إبقاء الإنزيمات على حالها فهي لاتعني الخمائر. <br /><br /><br />ملاحظة ترجمية : لست مترجماً بالمعنى الأكاديمي للكلمة ويأتي عملي في الترجمة كجزء من بحوثي العلمي والمقالات المنشورة في مجلة العلوم، وأعتمد في مصطلحاتي العلمية على المعجم الموسوعي لمصطلحات العلم والتكنولوجيا وعلى ماتنشره مجلة العلوم، ولذلك قلما أعتمد على القواميس العامة التي تورد معاني الكلمات دون الالتفات إلى المعنى العلمي.
