Persoonlijk denk ik dat de beslissing ongepast, incoherent en eenzijdig is. Bovendien is de beslissing doordrongen van hypocrisie. Enerzijds omdat België gevangenen stuurt naar Marokko terwijl ze weet dat ze slecht behandeld zullen worden en niet het minimum van hun rechten zullen krijgen in de Marokkaanse gevangenissen, en anderzijds omdat die gevangenen geboren en getogen zijn in België, de Marokkaanse regering is dus niet verantwoordelijk voor hun misdaden en hun gedrag in België. <p></p></font></span></p>تعليق

Ik wou even iets verduidelijken. Het gaat niet om Marokkanen met de dubbele nationaliteit. Het gaat om Marokkanen die geen Belgische nationaliteit hebben. Diegenen die de Belgische nationaliteit hebben kunnen ze niet naar Marokko sturen.Dit zal anders wel heel gemakkelijk zijn voor hen. Maar de Marokkanen met de Belgische nationaliteit in Marokko worden dan ook naar België gestuurd voor hun gevangenisstraf. Ik hoop dat je het niet erg vond dat ik even reageerde, maar er zijn heel veel mensen die dit verkeerd hebben begrepen vandaar mijn reactie
