أقترح على الأخوة الذين يثرون هذا المنتدى بالأمثال الأنجليزية أن يزودوا الترجمة العربية لها كي تكون المحصلة الأخيرة نتاج ثري يمكن الاستفادة منه لاحقا في إعداد كتاب عن ترجمة الأمثال أو مقارنة الأمثال العربية بالانجليزية، وحتى الاستفادة من ناحية دراسة الصعوبات التي تواجة مترجم الأمثال من لغة الى أخرى.
فما رأيكم أطال الله في أعماركم؟

أستاذنا المحترم شكرا على الاقتراح السديد. لكن ماذا تقولون لو نحتفظ بهذا الباب ونفتح موضوع جديد ضمن منتدى الانجليزية ونسميه مثلا: أمثال انجليزية وما يقابلها بالعربية. وشكرا لكم.

أخي الأستاذ صابر
أعتقد أنك على إطلاع بالمقترح الذي نال استحسان الجميع في البوابة القديمة للجمعية، وكان مشروع قاموس الأمثال الشعبية وترجمتها ولقد تم اثراء منتدياته بأمثال مع مايقابلها باللغتين، وأحتفظ على الأغلب بنسخة من البوابة القديمة على كمبيوتري الذي أحيل على التقاعد، وسأحاول استخراج جميع الملفات والمشاركات القديمة كي نضعها نصب أعين الزملاء والزميلات لاكمال المشوار الذي لم يكتمل بعد.

شكرا لك بالاشادة بالمقترح، وحبذا لو تم فتح المنتدى الخاص بذلك
